You are swapping for the FREEHOLD with ABSOLUTE TITLE for any number of plots up to your property asking price.
We have over 30 plots of different sizes. Please enquire. The price is fixed: £25 per square/feet (SQ/FT)
Please check the corresponding map in the pictures attached to identify a particular plot. Your Plot is identified by the Plot Number and not by the markings on the attached Land Registry Documents.
The Land Registry Title Number in the pictures might not be the title number for this particular plot.
The pictures are used for illustration and identification purposes.
Upon sale, your plot will have a new and unique title number issued by the Land Registry.
Transaction will be done either in person at Land Registry in Croydon London (in order to save Solicitors fees) or via Solicitors.
The PLOTS are part of a larger estate made up of two sites totalling about 19.37 acres (7.84 hectares). The two sites have been professionally divided into 319 plots and most of the plots have already been sold. Over 250 people have plots in this estate.
The plot you'll swap with could be used for a variety of uses, subject to obtaining all necessary consents. Please make your own enquiries with Land Registry, Local Council and Solicitors.
The estate resides near the junction between single carriageway Eastbourne Road (A22) and Byers Lane South Godsone, Surrey, England, RH7 6JX.
Godstone train station is only 1.1 miles / 1.7km (2 minutes by car or 20 minutes? walk) from the nearest point to the station.
The site is adjacent to the proposed Blindley Heath Garden Village.
Over 280 plots have already been sold.
Currently (to our knowledge) we are the only owners with plots for sale and the hope is that upon the sale of all our plots, all owners might join forces and could collectively apply for permission to build houses.
FACT: Land is a finite resource, (no more is being made) and as such can only increase in value to accommodate the demand.
Land does not shrink, does not deteriorate (even if not used), no one can steal it and cannot be destroyed by fire
FACT: The value of residential land has increased on average, across the UK, by 926% over the past 20 years (source BBC). What other investment can compare?
FACT: The value of land has increased more than fivefold since 2008, outstripping the increase in the worth of the properties overlying it.

FACT: The number of new homes being approved on greenbelt land in England has increased five-fold in the last five years, according to figures obtained by the BBC.

Regardless of the outcome, you are in a win-win situation:
Worst Scenario: Planning Permission is NOT granted… But you still benefit from Capital Growth of (some say) at least 10% per year.
Best Case Scenario: Planning Permission IS granted… and your property has the potential of increasing in price UP TO 10 TIMES!
