We left Spain as our daughter was to pursue her career in the UK and, we like the idea of new scenery and adventures. Our busines is based in the UK so the 'commute' is a little less than what it was! The house has been continously rented since we returned to the UK as its sought after and in an ideal position.
We have more images and details on our business website - please email us for link.
Looking to swap for: Ideally we would like to financially downsize to a smaller house, apartment or WHY, in France, Portugal, Italy, Florida or sunny southern UK. Transfer of existing mortgages either way would not be a problem.
To reflect the economic global situation we have reduced the house price to its 2004 price. We would like to hear from like minded house swappers.
