Many other mature trees and shrubs are growing in this gardeners paradise such as cypress, cedar, bottlebrush, hydrangea, wisteria, camelia, magnolia, pine, eucalyptus, alder, bamboo and many more.

The property also has its own established beehive giving excellent pollination. (We do not harvest the honey as we are vegan).

The house has its own pure water supply from a bore hole more than 90m deep and benefits from its own power supply from a professionally installed 2.5kw solar system with back up generator.
Should you wish to connect to the electric grid then all the infrastructure is already in place and it would just take a phone call and a short visit from the local electric company to reconnect the property.
As the house is situated next to 200m of river frontage from a pristine clear river that flows all year round the property has an abundance of water plus you can enjoy paddling and bathing whenever you like.
