In terms of overall location, the lagoon and the two building plots can be found on the edge of the main town, which is called Cockburn Town, and is the capital of the Turks & Caicos Islands. As stated, the two plots provide an ideal opportunity for an owner or, for a developer, to build 1 or 2 private homes on a ready made sub-division/development, each plot having its own large water frontage, with secure and sheltered anchorage and potential for own private dock(s). The lagoon which is incongruously called North Creek, is over 2-miles long, 1/2 mile wide and on average is 20 feet deep throughout. There are numerous mooring points already established and a number of private docks in place already too as well as, a small marina.

The next two pictures are taken from the plots themselves and show from the water frontage, the views both across and up the lagoon. One further important point of note, the Turks & Caicos Islands are a Tax free jurisdiction. There are no property expenses or annual property taxes, no Income tax, no capital gains tax and no inheritance tax either. All of which provides for an excellent passive investment and/or, as already mentioned, a build opportunity without tax constraints.
Subject to the scale of overall investment (i.e. if you were to build) it is also possible to gain Residency of the Islands too.
