The hospital, banks and post office are 20km in Sao Goncalo where there is also a busy weekly market on Friday mornings. Fortaleza, the state's capital, is 65km where there is an international airport. Direct flights from Europe and Miami.
Fortaleza is Brazil's fifth largest city and anything you want can be found there.
Business We have planted 400+ dwarf coconut trees complete with micro irrigation on every tree. We have a buyer for all the coconuts we currently produce from our mature trees. The running of the coconut business can be managed either part time by a couple, or with a caretaker/gardener. The purchaser would also have the option of sub-dividing the land for residential development. It is unusual to find such a large plot of land so close to the beach.
