If you are an overseas agent, you will no doubt have clients who want to return to their home land for various reasons, or maybe move to another country. You will also have clients who are happy in the country they are currently living in, but want to relocate, downsize or upsize. Whatever their needs, swapping could be the answer.
Why not ask if any of your clients are open to swapping. If an introduction leads to a successful swap, as their acting agent, you will be entitled to the same commission fee as you would for a conventional sale.
