1. List your Property

It's easy to list your property here and find a swap. Membership costs just £29.99 per year, and allows you to advertise your property for swap, and contact other members on the International Property Swap website.

2. Find a Property to Swap with

Search our large database of properties and find a suitable swap. You don't have to be a member to enjoy looking through all of our properties, but you must be registered and have your property listed on our website before you can contact other property owners advertising here.

3. Negotiate Terms

Once you have successfully found another member to exchange properties with, both parties will need to agree upon terms, and legal advise should be sought, as with any property transaction.

4. Complete Property Swap

After successful negotiations, the swap can take place - and remember as there is no agent's commission to pay, swapping can potentially save you thousands in fees!
