We are a French family very interested in a swap with our house in Isle of Wight/England with a house in France with the same value, we prefer South West of France but we will consider other regions in France.
Our house is a modern 4 bedroom house; was built in 2001 in a sought-after location in Isle of Wight.
It's located in Ryde town; very close to amenities; 10 minutes walk from Tesco extra; the largest & the best supermarket in the Island, 10 minutes drive to Ryde Beach & city centre, 20 minutes drive to Sandown beach, Seaview beach & Bembridge village with its famous Aerodrome.
Half an hour drive to Cowes & its worldwide marina & Newport; the Island's capital.
