Apartment to swap in Alicante, Spain (Ref: 1340)

I am a retired English lady lived here 27 years. I have a 1 bedroom, corner apartment, ground floor recently built in a coastal town with mostly Scandinavian & Dutch residents. It has air.con., granite work tops, own private roof terrace.

This small town has bus, railway, shops, schools health clinic etc. It is a small block of 8 residents (not holiday lets) 2 storeys and I shall still keep my other apartment which is directly above this one. The fees are very modest, local rates approx.130 euros p.a. rubbish collection 6 days a week) 70 euros p.a.  Community fee which maintains the building is 200 euros p.a. Previously I rented out this apartment long term  but now would like to swap with something I can use as something which allows me to spend time elsewhere but lets me remain here as resident as I have a good quality of life in this town.

Looking to swap for: I would like a swap with IOW UK, or anywhere in south of England, Gibraltar, or a town in France. Cash adjustment is possible for the right property. WHY?
