Here we are in the area of Pas, a mountainous area in the municipality of San Pedro del Romeral which aspect is very stunning and the way of live too.

We have two cabins of 60 m2 per floor each, on a plot of rustic land of 25.500 m2 totally enclosed by stone.

The first cabin we find is totally renovated with materials of quality. The result has been a very comfortable and warm house, in a nice rustic style.

To 200 meters of this cabin there is another one to renovate with two floors as well of 48 m2 per floor more or less.

The access between the two is through a narrow road and the last few 150 metres through a track.

The land is flat all around the cabins with a gorgeous area in front   of the house and the best views of the mountains.

The nearest village is two and a half kilometers and the airport of Santander at 50 kilometers (40 minutes).

It includes Range Rover 4x4 in a very good condition.

Looking to swap for: Open to offers to swap for an apartment or flat in different areas of different countries. I prefer the Mediterranean coast, a city or a town but all serious options will be considered.
