Apartment to swap in Huelva, Spain (Ref: 484)

Costa Esuri is a large development with two championship golf courses and many more amenities being developed. It is very convenient for Faro airport and can also be accessed from Seville airport. You are only twenty minutes to the Portugese border so it is golfers heaven.

I have paid €125k off any plot or apartment of my choice and plots overlooking the courses start at around €100k and apartments at €170/180k. My circumstances have changed and I would now be more interested in Italy/ France/Croatia but I am open to all suggestions including Cyprus/Cape Verde etc. I had booked this as a rental for the golf but I am very busy at work and I am finding it hard to keep up with the rentals I have in the Canary islands.

I would also consider selling my credit of €125k on for around the €100k mark if you have nothing to swap.

Beaches

Situated on the Atlantic coast, Costa De La Luz boasts some of the most stunning wide and sweeping sandy beaches available, peppered with little cafés and restaurants, where you can watch the world go by as you enjoy a plate of freshly caught sardines and a chilled glass of wine.

Golf

The apartment is situated on the newly built Costa Esuri championship golf course which opened in January 2007 - have a drink and a meal and enjoy the fantastic views across the golf course to the river and Portugal. There are an abundance of other courses in the area such as Isla Canel, Islantilla, and Casto Marim.

Shopping and Services

There are many large well stocked supermarkets in Ayamonte such as SuperSol, a large Spanish chain.

For clothes shopping, Huelva offers a large department store, El Corte Ingles and the Spanish fashion stores, Zara and Cortefiel.

Looking to swap for: I am open to any suggestions but favour Croatia, France, Italy, Cape Verde, Greece. I am looking more for something for myself now although rental appeal helps. The interesting thing about my swap is that you can choose your own units or plot still. Come back to me any suggestions at all.
