Apartment to swap in Northern Cyprus (Ref: 351)

I have a 2 bedroomed penthouse apartment in Labta which is just outside Kyerenia in Northern Cyprus. The apartment is fully air conditioned with a large roof terrace overlooking the mountains to the rear and the sea to the front, the roof terrace has a brick built barbecue and sink.

The apartment was completed last year and is on a lovely development just of the main street in Labta, within less than 5 minutes walk is the main Labta street which has a number of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. The sandy beach is just behind the main street which is also 5 minutes walk away and the water is shallow and clear for a long way out so it is very safe for children's swimming.

There is a large child friendly communal swimming pool within the garden just in front of the apartment, you can actually sit on the living room terrace and safely watch your children playing in the gardens or pool.

Looking to swap for: I have a couple of properties in Northern Cyprus and would like to swap one for something nearer the UK, possibly Spain, France, the Lake District and would consider other UK areas as I have a young family and would like something where we can go for long weekends which isn't as far to travel and we will use our other Northern Cyprus property for more extended breaks.

I am open to offers and don't mind having to contribute additional money to get the right place and am also happy to negotiate the furnishings within my Cyprus property which is not included in the above cost.
