I have a recently completed new build Garden Apartment which is in Northern Cyprus at Crystal Bay Marina is Esentepe, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It has beautiful mountain views to the rear and a lovely view of the Mediterranean sea.

The property will be overlooking the Port Cyprium Marina which is currently under development, and is a few minutes walk from the Beach. There is a new championship golf course and country club about 10 minutes away which has reasonable green fees. 

The development has use of 2 sailing boats and 2 jet ski's as well as a club house with 2 communal swimming pools, children's pool, gym, games room, restaurant and cafe.

My Garden Apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as beautifully arched windows leading to the front terrace with traditional wooden pergolas and a large terrace are overlooking the sea.

Looking to swap for: I have a couple of properties in Northern Cyprus and would like to swap one for something nearer the UK, possibly Spain, France, Lake District, would also consider other UK areas, as I have a young family and would like something where we can go for long weekends which isn't as far to travel and we will use our other Northern Cyprus property for more extended breaks.

I am open to offers and don't mind having to contribute additional money to get the right place and am also happy to negotiate the furnishings within my Cyprus property which is not included in the above cost.
