A 25 year old villa in a large village close to Balkans and Stara Zagora and Kazanlak. I have had various friends and workers living in this villa for last couple of years and have rented it out for a few months here and there. The village has a kindergarten and school, couple of restaurants, a few bars and regular buses to nearby Kazanlak (15km) and Stara Zagora (25km). It is 4km from Yagoda Mineral Spa resort where there is a new hotel with outdoor and indoor mineral pools and spa facilities and a holiday complex with outdoor pool. A new mineral water park is about 20km away and the Balkans offer excellent hiking trails, waterfalls, hunting, cycling. There is a riding school close by and two large lakes for fishing and water sports.

Just over an hour from Plovdiv airport where Ryan Air fly to from Stansted and 2 hours from Burgas and Sofia. Close to new motorway link that runs from Sofia (the capital) to the Black Sea. Two hours from coast and 2 hours from Greece.
