Needs renovation - re-wiring, bathroom fitting etc but there is mains sewerage running next to property. Close to train station which services all Bulgaria. Pretty area about 30 mins from Stara Zagora. 

2) Small 2 bedroom house with internal plumbing and bathroom (in serious need of updating) with large plot of 1500sqm and separate building that used to be a mini market at other end of the garden. In large village with school, bars, restaurants. Needs total renovation but close to main Sofia-Burgas road, mountains and lakes. 

Area has many tourist attractions like the valley of the Roses, valley of the Peaches, valley of the Thracian King Tombs, Shipka pass, Balkan nature reserve, two large lakes and more. Great area for fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, hunting. An hour and half to the coast and Black Sea and an hour or so from historic cities like Plovdiv and Veliko Turnovo.

My main residence is close to number 3 property above and I also own a further 6 properties in the area. However, after renovating several I now want to take a break from building work and would also like to downsize in Bulgaria. It is also a little much on my own to maintain and keep an eye on 12 properties in Bulgaria, so would like to keep my main house and couple of the rental properties I have and swap or sell rest.
