The house is located in Na Jomtien approx 10 mins from Pattaya city centre, and 1 hour 20 mins to the international airport at Bangkok, or 30 minutes to the local airport which handles flights to all of Thailand and Asia, and the flight to Bangkok is approx 20 Mins. Distance to Jomtien beach is approx 5 mins walk, and to the islands in the gulf of thailand Kohlan about 30 mins by ferry or 15 mins by speedboat.  Excellent schools local including the world famous Regents international school which is 10 mins drive. School bus picks up and brings home the children.  The school serves mainly the business ex-pat community. The location serves anyone working in the Eastern Seaboard region, which has many large international organisations:  Hospitals are considered the best in Thailand Bangkok/Pattaya hospital is located approx 10 mins from my house, and is without doubt one of the best hospitals in all of Asia.
